This Privacy Policy explains how Ayurvana (operated by W-MGMT Solutions Pte. Ltd.) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you enquire about, book, or participate in an Ayurvana Programme.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact and booking information: name, email, phone number, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves).
• Onboarding and health information: details you provide through our onboarding questionnaire, including physical health, dietary requirements, and, where voluntarily disclosed, mental or emotional wellbeing information relevant to your safe participation.
• Communications: any emails or messages you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your booking and payment.
• To tailor your Programme experience across our five pillars (Yoga, Mindfulness, Pilates, Nutrition, Coaching).
• To communicate with you before, during, and after your Programme.
• To meet our health and safety obligations to you during your stay.

3. Sensitive Health Information

We treat any health, medical, or mental wellbeing information you share with particular care. This information is shared only with the specific facilitators who need it to safely deliver your Programme, and is not used for any marketing purpose.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

Where your Programme includes accommodation, meals, or transfers, we share necessary booking details (such as your name and travel dates) with our third-party venue partner solely to arrange these logistics on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ayurvana does not store your full card details. Please refer to Stripe's own privacy policy for details of how they process payment data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal and health information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver your Programme and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@ayurvana.org.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
