Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in any Ayurvana programme, retreat, or cohort ("Programme"). By making a payment, whether a Priority Hold or full payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Ayurvana is operated by W-MGMT Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("Ayurvana," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Singapore. Ayurvana designs and delivers wellness programmes across five pillars: Yoga, Mindfulness, Pilates, Nutrition, and Coaching.

2. Nature of Our Programmes

Ayurvana's core service is the design and delivery of our wellness programme content and facilitation. Where a Programme takes place at a physical retreat location, the resort or venue is engaged by us as an independent third-party service provider. Accommodation, meals, and airport transfers are included as arranged conveniences for your Programme experience, but are provided by that third-party venue, not by Ayurvana directly. Ayurvana is not responsible for the acts, omissions, standards, or conduct of any third-party venue, its staff, or its facilities, except where required by applicable law.

3. Not Medical Advice or Treatment

Ayurvana's Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Coaching sessions are wellness and lifestyle services. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical treatment, and our facilitators do not act as doctors, therapists, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers unless separately and explicitly stated. Nothing provided through the Programme should be treated as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

4. Eligibility and Health Disclosure

You confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to participate, and that any health, physical, or mental health information you provide to us via our onboarding questionnaire is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to disclose any conditions, injuries, medications, or ongoing treatment that may reasonably affect your safe participation.

5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that participation in physical activity (including Yoga and Pilates), and engagement in reflective practices (including Mindfulness and Coaching), carries inherent risk, including but not limited to physical injury or emotional discomfort. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree that Ayurvana, its directors, employees, facilitators, and affiliated third-party venues shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayurvana, its directors, employees, and facilitators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or connected with your participation in the Programme, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent such claims arise from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Travel, Visas, and Personal Belongings

You are responsible for arranging and funding your own international travel, visas, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance covering medical treatment and evacuation for the duration of your stay. Ayurvana is not liable for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the Programme.

8. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms, including deposit and refund conditions, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Programme Changes

We may need to adjust facilitators, schedules, or venues due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material change in advance.

10. Photography and Media

We may photograph or film group sessions for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before your Programme begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
