A 3-day immersive wellness retreat in Ubud, Bali — for those ready to reset from the inside out.
Where ancient wisdom and modern science become one journey.
Most wellness experiences treat the body, the mind, or the spirit in isolation. Ayurvana is built on a different premise.
It is a comprehensive, holistic alignment methodology, rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science, delivered over 3 immersive days in Ubud, Bali. With our five integrated pillars working in sequence and concert, Yoga releases what the body holds, Mindfulness restores what the mind has lost, Pilates rebuilds functional strength, Nutrition optimises cellular energy, and Coaching translates it all into clarity and sustained performance in work and life.
Not isolated wellness practices. A compounding system designed to change you from the inside out, and stay with you long after you leave.
Begin Your JourneyA science-backed holistic path back to yourself.
Each pillar flows into the next, creating an interconnected flow and a continuous inward journey. Together, they form the complete Ayurvana experience.
Yoga
The gateway opens with movement. Neuroscience confirms that yoga releases trauma stored in the fascia and regulates the autonomic nervous system, shifting the body from chronic stress activation into a state in which deeper work becomes possible. Through breath, intentional flow, and somatic awareness, you begin to release what the body has been quietly holding.
Mindfulness
Stillness is not the absence of thought; it is the capacity to observe it. fMRI research shows that consistent meditation practice physically rewires the prefrontal cortex, strengthening the brain's capacity for focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Our guided sessions create the inner space in which real change takes root.
Pilates
Strength follows surrender. As the nervous system settles, Pilates rebuilds from the inside out, correcting habitual movement patterns, rebalancing musculoskeletal function, and restoring the core stability that underpins everything from posture to energy regulation. The body learns to carry itself again.
Coaching
Once the body is open, the mind can speak. Coaching creates the conditions for honest reflection, translating the physical and neurological shifts of the preceding days into conscious insight. What emerges is not advice but your own clarity: what matters, what needs to change, and how to carry it forward.
Nutrition
What you eat during a retreat matters as much as what you practise. Meals at Ayurvana are carefully curated to complement the programme, replenishing what movement depletes and grounding the body with sustained energy. They include a thoughtful selection of cold-pressed juices rich in electrolytes and live enzymes, organic plant-based lunches, and dinners designed to support overnight nervous system recovery and cellular repair.
Five pillars, one continuous journey. This is Ayurvana.

Most retreats offer isolated practices; a yoga class here, a meditation there. Ayurvana is built around five integrated pillars that work in a deliberate sequence. Yoga releases what the body holds, Mindfulness restores clarity, Pilates rebuilds strength, Nutrition optimises cellular energy, and Coaching translates it all into performance and purpose you carry home. The compounding effect of all five working together creates transformation that lasts beyond the retreat.
No experience is required. Our Yoga and Pilates sessions are designed to meet each participant exactly where they are. Before arrival, you will complete a short pre-retreat questionnaire covering your movement background, any injuries or physical considerations, and your goals. This enables our Pillar Directors to tailor sessions and offer modifications as needed. Whether you have never stepped on a mat or have a regular practice, you will be supported throughout.
Breathwork is woven throughout the programme rather than being siloed into a single session. The Yoga Foundations session introduces essential pranayama techniques, including Ujjayi and Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath), and more. This enables you to build a repertoire to draw on as your practice develops. These practices help you regulate your nervous system and deepen somatic release. In Mindfulness, breath serves as the anchor for present-moment awareness. In Pilates, breath mechanics are central to core activation and movement precision. You will leave with a practical breath toolkit you can use independently.
We ask all participants to complete a health and intake form before arrival. Please disclose any injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, or physical limitations at your discretion. Our Pilates Director has specialist training in injury-aware movement, and all sessions include modifications. Anyone with a significant medical condition should consult their doctor before attending. Your safety and comfort within the programme are our top priority.
Ayurvana welcomes participants at many stages of their personal journey, including those working with therapists, coaches, psychologists, or psychiatrists. Our pre-retreat questionnaire includes a brief section on mental health and coaching history to help our team hold space for you with appropriate awareness and care. If you are currently taking psychiatric medication or navigating an acute mental health episode, we ask that you speak with your treating practitioner before registering and have an honest conversation with us. Our coaching sessions are transformative and emotionally engaged. Understanding your context enables us to support you effectively rather than push you beyond what is appropriate. Your well-being, not your performance, is our priority.
Ayurvana is designed for high-performing individuals, such as founders, executives, and professionals, who feel the strain of sustained output and want to reset from the inside out. It is also available as a corporate programme for teams seeking deeper reconnection, alignment, and shared renewal. You don't need to be a wellness practitioner; you just need to be ready to show up, slow down, and do meaningful work on yourself.
Retreat groups are intentionally small, capped at 12 participants. This preserves the intimacy and depth of experience Ayurvana is designed to deliver. Smaller groups enable genuine connection among participants, meaningful 1:1 coaching time, and the kind of collective energy that simply cannot exist in a large retreat setting.
Our menu is built around whole, nutrient-dense ingredients that support the programme: cold-pressed juices, plant-forward lunches, and dinners designed to support overnight recovery and cellular repair. We can also cater for a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. When you complete your pre-retreat questionnaire, please let us know about any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences. We take these seriously and plan every menu accordingly. If you have a complex medical dietary requirement, we encourage you to contact us directly before booking so we can confirm we can fully accommodate you.
Pack light, but pack smart. Each day includes both Yoga and Pilates sessions, so you will likely want a fresh set of activewear. We recommend bringing at least four to five comfortable, breathable outfits for the three days, so you do not have to wash clothes each evening. Beyond movement wear, bring loose, comfortable clothing for meals and downtime, a light layer for early-morning sessions, and anything you rely on for sleep and self-care. Yoga and Pilates mats are provided by the resort. You do not need to bring your own, but if you have a mat you love and prefer to practise on, you are welcome to bring it. This is entirely optional. A reusable water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, and good walking sandals or covered shoes for any external excursions are worth adding to your list.
The Ayurvana programme includes all sessions across the five pillars, villa accommodation for the duration of the retreat, all daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and transfers to and from the airport. International flights to the resort are not included. Full details of inclusions and pricing will be provided upon registration of your interest.
The pilot retreat is held at a tranquil resort nestled in the heart of Ubud, Bali. Ubud is widely regarded as one of the world's foremost destinations for deep wellness and conscious travel. The location combines lush natural landscapes, spiritual tradition, and an unhurried pace, making it the ideal setting for the inner work Ayurvana facilitates. Specific venue details will be shared upon confirmation of your place.
Fill in the enquiry form above, and our team will be in touch within 48 hours. As we cap each cohort at 12 participants, places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with a deposit. We recommend registering your interest early. Please note that founding cohort pricing will not be available after the pilot.
